The primary aim of Seiñraij Jowai is to protect, preserve, and embrace the traditions, culture, and belief system of the Pnar people, handed down through countless generations. Organizational Structure

At its core, the body is led by a President and a General Secretary, who serve as the key custodians of the organization’s vision. They are supported by the Vice President and Joint Secretary, ensuring smooth coordination and functioning.

Furthermore, Seiñraij Jowai consists of various committees, each entrusted with specific responsibilities. Every committee has its Chairman and Secretary, who oversee activities in their respective domains, whether cultural, religious, social, or administrative. Importantly, all executive committee members, chairmen, and secretaries are elected by the voice vote of the people during the General Meeting, reflecting the democratic spirit of the organization.
